Rehab

Needed to rehab my ankle from repeated severe sprains. This Rocker board is exactly as described and exactly what I needed to stretch the ligaments and build strength in the ankle.This purchase saved me tons of money in PT visits!!!!

The rocker board was very similar to the one I used in PT. Have to wear shoes with it b/c the wooden suface w/o the roughed material is very slick. I am using it to regain balance following knee replacement surgery and to build core strength. My kids love it, they use a rocker board in gym class, and use this board as well when they are watching TV. It is of sturdy construction. I use my hiking poles to help with balance. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to build their core or help regain balance.
