exact replacement, smooth install, most economical solution here, works great
By Flubadub
I was trying to make the install as easy and quick as I could. I am in a small bungalow in Maine and the tank was in the pantry off off the kitchen. There was very little room to work and I did not want a flood. Because this was an exact replacement I realized a great shortcut. I drained the system and removed the nuts on the flange lifted the tank off with the split bladder in it and replaced it with the new tank. I did not have to do any plumbing which was good because there were no unions to disconnect. It had been connected directly and would have been a nightmare for me. Just as a note..there was a reviewer that was upset because his galvanized pipe cracked the plastic flange and the specs call for brass pipe! DUH! Just to pass that on. I am very happy with mine and it works great and I have not had a drop of a leak. Another note. Anyone that does what I did please note how little torque there is on the nuts and don't over do it when tightening them.

Great water tanks
By Raymond M. Keil
I installed this water tank myself, and I'm not a contractor or plumber. Easy to follow instructions made it easy to put all the components(water tank, pump and cistern) together. Works perfectly
