For those who are not familiar with Lanzar, it's time you do. if you're shopping around for an amp with a budget look no further my friend. this amplifier won't let you down and the performance, value all at an excellent price. This boy has the juice to rock a 800w subwoofer so clean, you won't beleive it and it doesn't runs hot A+. I just upgraded from a 300w Lanzar to a new Lanzar vibe 221 only wish I should have done so longtime ago:) - I would recommend this to anyone!

This amp is great

This amp is great. Not sure what the other person who wrote a review about the amp did, but I had my amp connected to two Lanzar 1232d subs and ran it at .5 Ohms with no problem. The amp ran fine and was used for hours at a time at pretty much max(delivery driver). I sold the amp when my car broke down. When I got another care purchased a hifonics amp rated for 1600 watts and it could barely power one of my 1232ds. The other poster was right about being able to hear the subs from blocks away. If you want a cheap set up that pounds grab a OPTI200D amp and 2 Lanzar 1232d subs. When I had this amp hooked up to one sub people would always be suprised when I told them I only had one 12 in my trunk. Bottom line is this amp pushes a solid 1700 ish watts at .5 ohms and is built to last. Only problem I had with the amp is the hole for the power wire is too small for the heavy duty wiring, cant fit 1 gauge wiring.

I got this amp to run 2 opitdrive lanzar 12"s and in the specs it says u can run it at .5 ohm. (THATS BS!) i had it bout 3weeks before i fried the mosfets on it!! it says 1ohm stable... so dont try and run it at .5ohm it wont last !! >:( but its a dam good amp !!!!! I got it fixed at ran then at 2ohm . U can hear them 3blocks away LOL.. i reccomend getting this amp lanzar is top of the line!!!

best amp hands down for its pricei have 2 sony xplodes hooked up to my lanzar and it push's 500watts a 4ohms cuz the sony xplodes are on 4ohm stable but it still pounds, sometimes it hard to breath. it dosnt overheat either like crapy boss amps or american lagecy do

Excellent brand, simple to use, will save a bundle come winter.

I own a white rodgers model number 1f80-261, which appears to be the standard "programable" thermostat sold with most furnaces today. The do not have a listing for mine on amazon yet. This one similar to mine, has time and temp/temp setting on display, with all the keys concealed down below. I have had mine for 2 summers and one winter, and this thermostat saves me a bundle. It has about 4 settings a day for each of the programs,plus weekday and saturday/sunday separate days available for adjustment. My typical summer day started at 76 degrees at 6:30, then up to 82 at 8am when at work, at 4:30 I'd set it back to 76 degrees, and at 10pm 72 degrees to sleep cooler. On the weekends, I'd keep it a little more consistent, since I was here more often. If this had a plug in for a coffee machine, I'd have it set to make my coffee when I got up in the mornning. Again I have had this for about 2 years now, and I liked it so much, I had my mother get one installed in her house because it's so easy to use. Also, one of my offices is solely equipped with these thermostats, so I get plenty of experience with them. Worth the investment

This filter is very good for what i use it for, i have a over sized filter in my lawn pond and this filter last a long time in waterand when it gets cloged all you do it take it out and clean it off with a water hose it last over one year in water.

Good fan, but it's really too loud...

Broan 10" Vertical Discharge fan.Since this unit discharges upward, you'll need an unfinished attic, or similar space, directly above the fan. I installed a Broan 472 Backdraft Damper/Reducer on top of the fan, which reduces the fan's top 10" opening to 8"; used 8" galvanized duct work, and routed it through an 8" roof vent [also] with a damper. The fan itself contains NO back-draft damper.Pros:- It works acceptably.- Painted sheet-metal steel body and mounting brackets, are strong.- Grille looks good.- The fan assembly has an integral external electric box to receive 14/2 cable from your wall switch. The fan motor has a 4" cord which plugs into a dedicated "receptacle" inside the housing, enabling the fan motor to be replaced by simply unplugging it and removing two mounting screws.Cons:- The rushing air through the fan is anything but quiet. This is because the fan blade is attached directly to the motor shaft, turning the fan blade at high speed. Fans using lower-speed belt-driven blowers are much quieter.- The fan motor doesn't work with a multi-speed or variable-speed switch. I.e., connected to a 3-speed wall switch, the fan only comes on when the switch is set to high.Other:- I made a plywood and 2x4 frame to support the fan assembly, using the built-in brackets to support it. I cut a 10-3/8" round hole in 3/4" plywood, set the fan housing just below the finished ceiling, and used joint compound to feather the rim to the ceiling level (and seal the gap around the fan housing). A square or rectangular fan would have been easier to install than this round unit.- You'll need a 10 INCH GREASE FILTER, if the fan is to be installed in a kitchen.Summary.If I had it to do over again, I would have bought a quieter fan such as the Panasonic WhisperCeiling 290 CFM Ceiling Mounted Fan - FV-30VQ3, and made my own grease filter. The Panasonic costs nearly twice as much, but is only 2 Sones, while this Broan is a whopping 6.5 Sones; a huge difference in sound level.

Great Product ~!

We installed this fan in our bathroom remodel in 1996. Awesome choice. The room is only 10'x8' and it *totally* protected the finish on our custom cabinets and the painted walls. After 12 years, not One area of steam damage or mold. The motor finally gave out and I can't wait for the new one to arrive tomorrow so I can have another 12 years of a steam-free bathroom :O)

Very good product

I put this fan in a small bathroom, about 10x10. It installed easily and certainly removes the humidity well. My bathroom mirror never has moisture on it even after the hottest shower. The only draw back is the noise. It is really loud. So, I just shut it off directly after showering.
