The very best pasta..

Do yourselves a favor and don't buy anything but De Cecco pasta, any of the varieties....if you can find the brand.The linguini is a favorite of my family and friends. It's wonderful with just garlic and extra virgin olive oil or used with your favorite purchased or homemade clam sauce...or any sauce for that matter.Cooked to the directions on the box, one of the best things about De Cecco pasta is that the leftovers warm up such that you can hardly tell it wasn't cooked fresh.
