Product Description
Self adhering waterproofing material featuring a reflective aluminum surface. Multiple laminations of special aluminum foil, high density polymer films and a thick layer of rubberized asphalt waterproofing compound. Easily installed by removing the release paper and pressing the aluminum membrane into place. Cut to fit using scissors or razor knife. Lightweight, stretches to allow for building movement, won't crack or dry out, impervious to fungus, algae or bacteria. Uses: Dormer and porch roofs, small commercial, farm buildings, mobile homes, patch asphalt roofs, repair metal surfaces. 36'' W. x 33 1/2' L. 100 sq. ft. per roll. Built for low slope application requiring a minimum 1/2'' per foot slope. A 40 mil. thick product that creates a 1 piece roof with a 10 year limited warranty.

Easy rolled roofing material

I have an old RV that was leaking at the seams when water and snow built up on it. I was wary of installing a torched-on rubber roof due to the heat and cost. I found Peel & Seal, and it sounded like the perfect solution. Just spent a couple days last week prepping the roof and installing the Peel & Seal roofing, and I couldn't be happier. Took a little trial and error at first, as with all projects, but rolled on beautifully, sealed nicely both to the roof and to itself (overlapping 3" on edges). Where it didn't seal perfectly, I used a heat gun to melt the asphalt adhesive to the metal of the trailer, and worked perfectly. For about $100 a square, I couldn't go wrong.

I bought a house with this product used as a liner for the rusted out metal box gutters. After having the house re-roofed, the membrane was looking a little ragged. After cleaning the existing membrane, I applied a spray on surface prep from my local supply company that made the surface tacky and ready for a new layer of peel and seal. It applied quick and easy and adhered tight after a good seam and surface rolling. The old membrane was still working fine after at least twenty years on the roof. I expect this repair will last at least that long. This is a good sturdy product that I would be comfortable using for other applications too, such as flashing.

Needed a roof for a new low pitch sun room,searched internet ,peel& seal gave everything I was looking for it easy to install,looks great,and after 2 heavy rain storms is 100 percent watertight. price was great compared to all other types of low pitch roofing.I would recommend this roofing to any DIY person,it GREAT !
