Massive and Sturdy

I have never seen truck like this. Size, functionality, quality, ... .We have this item strictly outdoors.It stays out in winter and summer.3 years have passed and it is practically as it was on the day 1.Item is made of Poly Ethylene plastic resin, practically most durable and usable plastic resin out there.My boys love to dump, transport everything from sand, firewood, stones, each other and yes even our dog gets a ride here and there. I am not sure how much he likes that but ... .Product is really well designed, constructed and produced.No question pricey but if you can afford it pays back itself you really do not need to buy another similar item again.It is nice the see lines like Wader. We have numerous of their toys and no regrets. Made in Germany tell it all.Tom.

Sturdy enough for hardcore garbage truck fanatics...

I was glad to have found a good price with reasonable shipping on this truck. I saw it on ebay and decided it would be a good one for my garbage truck-obsessed son, but the price was too high and the shipping was insane for this large but not very heavy truck. This truck is nice because it is very sturdy and interactive. I also love that it doesn't require batteries (so I don't have to change them!) but does require a healthy imagination. There is no plastic in the windows around the cab so you can put your own drivers in.

A good toy, with some improvement would be a great toy

This is a durable high quality toy, and the kids had great fun with it. It was a Christmas favorite.Two things kept me from giving it a 5 star. First it only works well with the cars in the box and they don't seem to sell more of these cars. Matchbox cars work, but not so well, they are a little small and come off the track or get spun around and stop sometimes. Wader should make this compatible with Matchbox cars, or at the very least offer their own cars for sale. The other problem was a total lack of assembly instructions, it made for a late night Christmas eve but we did finally get it together.All in all we are happy with this, it was not cheap, but it is well made.

This is a very large and busy playset, much bigger than it looks online! I put this together in about an hour (with the help of my 18-month old son :) of course that didn't include putting all the stickers on. You definitely need to keep the box as the instructions consist of a couple numbered pictures which did not help me at all, so I went by the picture on the box - that being said it HAS to be easy for anyone with much experience in putting playsets together b/c I have very little!We have had it for 8 hours so far, but we already LOVE IT :)I plan on purchasing more of these Wader sets... they are great, especially if you have a cars fan like mine!

These screws along with the gun save time and effort as well as your knees and back compared to the old way of screwing down a floor. I laid chalk lines and gave the gun to one of my labors and off he when with no training except how to load the screw gun and what spacing was required. The screws go in with ease. Well worth the cost.

great toy

My 5 year old daughter received this toy for Christmas last year. She absolutely loves it, and plays with it often for hours on end. Her imagination goes goes crazy when she is playing with this toy. The doors and backseat sometimes come off (she's not real gentle on her toys) but they are easy for me to put back on. The Polly Pocket toys seem to be some of the few toys that span a range of ages and therefore get a lot of use. The clothes and accessories can be easily lost so we are good about making sure everything is put away before the vaccuum sucks them up.
