I would just add one or two speeds... a slower one at least would useful, and a way to change thickness of the pasta without the need to get the motor out everytime.

I only used this a few times and the motor died on me . When it worked it worked well but not very durable - I have switched to using the kitchen aid attachment - more reliable.

I bought this to help me make some ravioli on an impulse buy. I know use it 2-3 times a week. Its awesome! Pasta, pizza dough, pastries... I love this machine and motor!
