WOW the quality and packaging on this product are amazing AND shipping was very fast BUT the instructions/directions for a $2,500 product were aweful! I am no rocket scientist but I think that I can now build one after this experience! It took probably 10 hours to put together and it could have been upto 2 hrs less with good instructions to where I didnt have to guess or remove bolts later. Anyways that is the only downside, this product is membership gym quality and I love it.

This is a great gym, and shipping was fast. It comes in several boxes so it's easier to move to where it's going to live in your house. It's very sturdy and allows 2 people to work out at the same time.The machine allows for good range of motion and the stacked weights offer resistance through the entire excersize. You won't get this in a Bowflex machine.Two things to know if you consider buying this product. 1) I read reviews before I decided to buy, and it is true the directions are lacking. I found that laying out the pieces in an open area (in the same layout found in the directions) made it easier for me to put everything together. I was able to assemble it in about 6 hours.2) The pull-up/ab add-on is not worth the price. You can save $150 to get a stand alone that offers tricep dips too.If you need a serious machine, and don't like messing with the gym, then this is the one. You can go cheaper...but you'll also get what you paid for. Specifically, you won't get the many different excersizes offered in this machine.

I bought this for my office. One of the weights was broken in shipping at no fault of the company I ordered from. They still replaced it for free and didn't even charge me to ship it. It is my belief that you can order from this company and not worry about anything. They took care of me with no hassles!!!!
