A great alternative to some of the more expensive monolights out there. Plenty of power, consistant color temp at all power outputs, although I found the color temp to be significantly lower than the mfg rated it, once balanced it does not fluctuate from exposure to exposure. It takes a bit more tweaking to dial in the exposure than with some other monolights with digital output control. My only real complaint is the recycle time is a little slow for my liking.Conclusion: if your looking for a dependable, budget oriented lighting set-up, you can't go wrong with the Flashpoint II series monlights.

Great bang for the buck, also recommend the Flashpoint infra red remote trigger for this monolight.
