Better in real life

I bought my wife this ring for our 6th anniversary and it is amazing. I hadn't been able to buy her an engagement ring before we got married, so this was a big deal and I wanted it to be perfect. This ring is really impressive in person, just beautiful quality and craftsmanship. It comes with an appraisal certificate, but we lost it so we had the ring appraised independently for insurance and it was valued even higher than the original certificate stated.The company was really great too. I was nervous buying jewelry online and having it shipped and I'm sure I got annoying checking in with them to make sure I knew when it would arrive, but they were very helpful every time. It does take a few weeks for them to ship as the ring is handmade to order. In the end my wife loves it and I'm happy!

Great scale

I have had both this scale and the KD 200 70 x 0.10 oz and both are great. Pros: commercial scale that is accurate to a gram. If I need a more accurate scale I use my ohaus triple beam for 1/10th gram accuracy... but it's a hassle to use and it's not digital. Easy to use, well built, lasts a long time (over 5 years of constant use in my case). Has an AC cord so I'm not wasting batteries. Easy to clean Cons: It has 1000 increments 1000 grams at 1 gram increments or 2000 grams at 2 grams. Many of the newer scales have 5000 increment chips and go to 5kg at 1 gram.

Quick; accurate; precise; uses A/C current

This Tanita KD-200-110 Digital Scale is extremely simple to use. The On/Tare button can be used repeatedly as you add food to the same dish. It uses A/C power. The stainless steel tray removes easily for cleaning and is large enough so it doesn't cover the LED display. The LED display is clear in just about any light except direct sun. The scale weighs instantly. I absolutely recommend this scale for weighing less than 1000 grams which is its upper limit. I also have a Tanita bathroom scale which has worked flawlessly over the years.

As someone who must determine his exact protein and caloric intake, I needed a scale to weigh my chicken breasts, roast beef and protein powder. Good external stereo speakers for laptop

I was hoping to find a set of compact powered stereo speakers for my laptop, but I wasn't particularly successful. I did however find these passive speakers from Sony. They work pretty much as I expected them to work. In a more general product rating forum, someone complained that they were not loud enough. These speakers are not designed to be used out-doors at poolside parties or anything like that. They are quite adequate to the task of producing stereo sound in a quiet office or home environment. They have interchangeable bezels one set which is translucent and the other set is snow white. This suggests that they were designed to be used with the Apple Macintosh iBook line of laptop computers. In general, I am very happy with them. I am giving them four stars instead of five because of the difficulty in transporting them. The two speakers are inseparable. They are joined by their audio cable and are of irregular physical design. The problem would have been partially solved if Sony had included a drawstring bag to hold them while they are being transported.

I've bought lots of stuff from Amazon but this is my first time to write a review of something. That's how pleased and excited I am about this purchase! I bought these little speakers so that I (and my co-workers) could listen to my iPod at work. These are going to be perfect! Great design and compact enough for my desk. And I love the low price since it's just something for work. Note: There is no seperate volume control on the speakers. They plug directly into your iPod and you must use iPod's volume control. This means the sound won't go up high so don't buy these if you're looking to play music really loud. It's perfect for me though since I'm using these in a work environment. Another note: No outside power is required for these speakers. You don't have to deal with batteries or outlets. It draws it's power from your device.

Excellent for audio books

This Sony speaker system, which plugs into your audio device, works like a headset that you don't have to wear in or on your ears, and it doesn't rock down the house. Neither does it require batteries, a bonus for your wallet and the environment. Despite my moderate hearing loss, with this set I find the spoken word distinct and the tone excellent. The silver face plates even enhance the unit's appearance. Small price, big quality, great product!

Awesome mic!

I have had this mic for almost a month now and I love it! I have used it at my band practice for the past few weeks and out live and have had absolutley no trouble with it. No feedback, no problems with it searching for channells, no problems with it picking up instruments around me when we are playing, and it has great battery life. We play alot of Zeppelin songs with lots of loud distortion on the guitars and loud drums and I havent had one issue. Great mic! Well worth the money. Just know that when it turns red to let you know the battery is low change it ASAP because there isnt alot of warning before it goes out. Other than that very minor detail its has been flawless...

I have many years using Shure SM58 especially. It has always been an excellent microphone and adapts very well to my voice type. I tried then use the SM58 Beta was awesome. I have in my collection a few of these models already mentioned. I recently had the opportunity to try the latest models of shure and I have really enjoyed. I wanted to buy a wireless and my choice between the oldest and the most recent was for the SM58 Beta. Definitely a great microphone that beyond the technical capabilities we already know is a microphone with a very elegant and poise unmatched. I am very pleased with the purchase of this microphone. It is definitely the best value - money.

This hoody has it all...style, comfort, and easy upkeep. I am heading to Ireland in June for 4 months and wanted something that was sporty, lightweight, yet feminine. The bottom rounded overlap in the front is so flattering, as well as the longer length. It also has a roundish hem in the back, which is so much more flattering than a typical tee shirt or hoody. Loved it so much, I bought it in mosaic blue, red, purple, and black! The colors are great. I think you will be happy with this hoody.

I recently purchased these along with the Dublin Goblets. I've found both to be of high quality.The old fashion glasses were a beautiful addition to my growing crystal glass collection. The crystal is very clear, they have a good weight, and the design on the glasses is beautiful. They're slightly bigger than most old fashion glasses, which I actually liked, as it leaves room for the ice without taking away from the liquid amount.I hand wash them and have had no problems as of yet.The best part is that my mother who prides herself on her crystal collection was actually jealous because my dublin glasses are nicer than her glasses (that probably cost a lot more).

(From the perspective of combination skin in its mid-twenties)I've had really bad skin damage: Almost immediately after I went off Retin A, I went out in the tropical sun, and hiked and swam. My skin looked rough and dull.I got the microdelivery vitamin c peel packets as part of the makeup optional kit. I noticec a difference immediately. My skin looked brighter, and smoother. The peel did not get rid of blemishes, or red spots, or places of hyperpigmentation (I believe for those problems you need a skin lightener), but made my pores smaller and my skin texture a lot more even. After the peel, I applied the when hope is not enough serum and help me.

PITA to Put Together!!

I actually bought this at another store since it was on sale for half of what Amazon is selling it for. (Yes, this is the EXACT same wine cabinet). I will start on a good note by saying that once put together, it is a beautiful cabinet. It is actually taller than what I thought it would be!Assembly was awful. We actually had to drill a hole where the company missed and clearly it was supposed to be there!! We finally got it together, but I'm sure my fiance was ready to kill me for asking for his help!It really is a nice, sturdy cabinet, though, and looks great in my dining room.
