5Excellent product!
By Patricia Goodman
I have used this grill with great pleasure. It's large enough to hold enough food for 4 servings, plus the griddle comes in handy for toasting buns and such. I haven't had it smoke at all. It grills just like outdoors, including the grill marks. And I can have something grilled and on the table fast. No one has to go out on the deck to cook. It's all done on the countertop. I can't say enough good things about this grill. Cleanup is easy and fast, two of my favorite words in the kitchen. I did a lot of research and reading reviews before making this purchase. I believe I found the best of the indoor grills out there.

4Works decent - good price
By jeff
I returned the Delonghi BG24 to buy this as they are almost identical but this one is a much better price. As a matter of fact, they are so similar they are probably manufactured by the same company. There are only 2 differences:* this one includes a skillet area on the grill plate, so smaller grilling area but you have a side part to grill onions or bacon for your burgers... the drip pan, base and lid are exactly the same* this one states the grill piece is dishwasher safe, though the grill piece on the BG24 is almost the same, they state it is not dishwasher safe - probably is thoughIt probably uses a lot of electricity, and does not have a true BBQ taste but it works well. I scrub the gril with a teflon safe sponge while on the base with drip pan still in place and then stick it in the diswasher. I don't even put the drip pan in diswasher b/c it is so easy to clean my hand , especially when coated with water. This is a pretty big unit - I'd actually prefer something smaller as I live by myself in a small nyc apt.

5Great indoor grill
By C. Chambers
This grill is wonderful. With the glass lid, you place water in the pan below the grill and it keep meats and vegetables moist. There is no smoking on any of the items that I have cook. Heat up time is quick and clean up is easy. It has been so hot lately to grill outside, this is the next best thing. Wonderful product and I would purchase it again.

5Best In Class
By MikeSignature
I have been looking at purchasing this scale for about 5 years. Finally found one on Amazon for 99 dollars (new) and pulled the trigger.I love this scale!First of all, this is a Wall-Mounted Scale. This scale is NOT a counter top scale. It does not function correctly on the countertop, you MUST wallmount it. The mount is a simple screw mount that must go pretty deep (about 3/4 inch) into your wall.It seems to be well made and seems to measure very accuratly. Also the scale is heavier than I imagined.

5Great Value, Great options!
By A. Endris
We have actually purchased 2 of these now. 1 for our fat rabbit and one for our doves. Its bigger and cheaper than ANY bird cage and all accessories still fit it. We took the levels out of the birds' one and put them in the rabbits to create a bigger floor. Just make sure to use a mat or something to cover the grating. Its a snap to put together and is gigantic! I searched the web for hours and couldnt find a better deal. They ship decently fast too, even with the holidays. I highly recommend this cage. It can really be used for any animal that you have.

5Pet crate
By V. Hathaway
This worked wonderfully for our two cats while we were on vacation. There's enough room for their food and water dishes and a midsized litter box on the bottom. It's fairly easy to clean and set up as well.

5Happy kitty ... and I'm very satisfied with this purchase - excellent value!!
By Ben Thompson
This cage arrived albeit with the removable tray cage slightly bent from the trip . I did not want to send it back so I took a pair of large needle nosed pliers and bent them back into shape. You can't tell it was ever damaged. Although no instructions arrive in the box, even if you're horrible with assembling things, you should have no problem putting this together ... I had it assembled in less than 30 minutes and I'm no "Mr. Handy." The metal cage pieces naturally unfold into their appropriate place, and the shelves are really the only parts that are not pre-attached and took me a minute or two to think about where they should be placed.Interesting to note that I considered a competitor's cage, the Midwest 130, as it is very similar and I've seen it just a bit cheaper in some places. However, I also noticed that a lot of the Midwest 130's components were listed as "ABS plastic" vs. the Xtreme's all metal parts, which I figured would work out better over time. The Xtreme is sturdy and it would be difficult even for the most rambunctious of pets to 'take it down' so to speak. I'm thrilled that I will be able to easily collapse the whole cage and store it away once my kitten is older and can defend himself from his canine brother and sister who tend to over love him if I'm away. One other tip: I bought 2 of the "MidWest Metals Plush Cat Bed w/Velcro Straps" which are actually for the Midwest 130 (and also advertised here on Amazon) and they fit great on the shelves of the Xtreme cage. The best thing about them is that you can just throw them in to the washer & dryer. As well, they are very soft and my kitten just loves sleeping on them.Overall, a great purchase at a decent price!

5Excellent
By MGSWS
Does everything as advertised, and does it well. This thing makes great home-made ice cream. The ability to modify the volume by varying the amount of the ice cream mix works, but takes some practice to get the desired result. Cleaning is very easy, which is a good thing, because it weighs 50 lbs and basically has to stay where you put it. I think it has only two caveats. This is a noisy piece of equiment, although, with some experience, the change in the noise as the ice cream get processed can indicate when its done. The second is that its a good idea to stock up on the gaskets it needs to keep the seals in the dispenser because they will wear out, although KitchenAid did provide an extra set in the box.

4Great if you understand what it is and what it's not.
By atozauction
I have had this machine for a month now. It was a leftover stock from an Expo design center. Kitchenaid has quit producing them. I paid around $650 for it as they wanted it off their stock and it was the last one. When some see this rather large looking machine they think it may offer a large capacity than it does. This unit can freeze room temperature liquid in about ten minutes more or less. Impressive! But you have some heavy duty freezing units getting it done. Alas the actual containment drum for this unit is fairly small. It's probably good for a quart of softserve, or 3-5 frozen drinks depending what size glass you use. Now, as to what this is and what it isn't.It isn't technically called an ice cream maker. it's a frozen dessert maker. This unit is basically like those frozen slushee/slurpee machines you see at the convienence stores. With a couple differences. One being capacity is obviously smaller. Second, the Kitchenaid unit freezes things to an increasingly cold point. So unlike the slerpee machines which maintain a temperature point where the drink can still be dispensed efficiently, the KA keeps freeing it and it's up to the turbines to keep it in liquid form. Heres where the cost cutting comes into play. In order to have a merely excessive price point for a consumer dessert maker, KA had to simplify the freezing aspect by not having a maximum freezing point. And if there is one, it lacks fine tuning. But no worries, if you overshoot the runway and the KA freezes it a little too much, you just turn off the freezer switch and the turbines keep the dessert moving and it will eventually become less frozen enough to dispense. the plastic dispenser slope and dispenser could probably be better designed. The KA is a great little item if you are aware it isn't created equal to a commercial soft serve or slurpee machine which costs $10,000-20,000+.It was a good, solid attempt. And comes away a winner more than a loser. But with this being a consumer item, and one that came out at around $1600, it was not as refined as it's concept. There have been some reviewers who complain about the noise level. Well, the thing freezes by means of a compressor. Those make noise no matter what. and given the short time you actually have it on this is not a big issue. It isn't really that noisy anyway. This is probably as close as your going to get to having a soft serve or slurpee machine in your house. A for effort on Kitchenaid's part, but they know when to say when and it has been discontinued. (it still appears on the KA shoppers site, but KA reps have told me that there is no longer any stock on these. The strays you are likely to find will be refurbs or store displays).Great product, but if your expecting it to do what a $10,000+ machine does from the local Dairy Queen or 7-11, then your going to probably be let down a little.KA Pro Line products are a very good line of products and KA backs them up.If you want something Close to what is in the resturaunts or 7-11 then scout out a display model while you still can.

1Parts are no longer available "NLA"
By vmax4800
BUYERS BEWARE as there are very few parts available for this DISCONTINUED Kitchen Aid appliance. This is shocking as I have a house full of their products. If you are very lucky you might be able to find maintenance O-Rings occasionally but that is about it. Pieces of the dispenser assemble broke on mine and this part is "NLA" or No Longer Available. This has left me with a $1200 item I cannot use. I used it four times, doing the math each cone of soft serve cost me about $200 each. There are also some sellers trying to sell-off their units for $2300 to $2500 these same sellers are not telling customers about the parts problem either. I find it quite shameful that some people attempt to sell products at more than twice the retail manufacturers' price as well.

5Excellent HOTAS system, great bang for the buck
By J. Enzinna
As a previous owner of the X45 flight control system and avid flight sim junkie, I was compelled to upgrade my HOTAS system to something newer. I was originally looking at the Thrustmaster HOTAS system, but could not conjur up enough money to purchase one. After playing with the X52 at a LAN party, I was sold and went out and purchased one that night. The X52 has loads of improvements over the X45 - not even mentioning the LCD MFD. One addition which I would have loved to see in the X45 are the eight removable suction cups on the bottom of the stick and throttle bases. The cups first out of the box will do some sliding around, but nothing so drastic that it'll mess your flights up. They do a great enough job to keep the stick down during normal use - provided that you don't slam the stick around, but for a flight system that costs this much, I don't think that'll be too much of a problem for most people.Just like all other Saitek sticks, the X52 is fully customizable in both hardware and software. Not only can you move the lower shelf on the joystick up and down to fit your hand, but you can also adjust the force on the throttle stick. Like all other Saitek sticks, however, you cannot adjust the centering force on the stick itself. But I did not find this to be too much of a problem as it is much looser than all other HOTAS systems that I have owned. The X52 also comes with the Saitek SST programming software, which (again, like all other Saitek sticks) allows you to program every button on the joystick to either an axis, mouse axis, single keyboard stroke, or a complex macro.I also fell in love with the three modes and color coded mode identification LED to let you know what mode you are in. As a result I can have a mode for A-A, one for A-G, and one mode for general tasks when playing Falcon 4.0: Allied Force, making it easier to keep my hands on the flight system at all times. The MFD is also a cool addition to the X52. It has a time display to let you know what time it is in up to three time zones, as well as a built-in stopwatch to time your flights and coordinate your turns right on time. And if you can't remember what you programmed a button to - just simply hold down the info button and click the button you want to know about and voila! Your button's function is displayed on the screen. All in all - a great HOTAS system for those of us that cannot afford the Thrustmaster HOTAS systems. This flight stick runs perfectly with games like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 and Falcon 4.0 - my two choices and recommendations to pair up with this stick. And for those of you who want to know about Windows XP Professional x64 support - the stick works perfectly using drivers available on the Saitek website.

5Excellent
By Reticuli
EDIT: Use a bit of silicone grease under the plastic swash plate disk to drastically reduce friction and improve control fidelity. Audio fader or scuba types work well, but you may also find it at a hardware store. Teflon grease also works. Use thick grease. Do not use petroleum-derived products on plastic. We can't compare this stick to Thrustmaster really because their stuff now is garbage. Thrustmaster pretty much forced Suncom (maker of the fab F-15 series) out of business with lawsuits claiming the newcomer was infringing on their patents to produce "realistic" flight sticks. Then we now have a monopoly on the supposedly authentic stuff which has produced crap like The Cougar. Thanks Thrustmaster! Then there's CH Products...good, smooth, but ugly, expensive, and low resistence. Saitek has been making these strange looking, possibly gimmick-rich products for a while. I think they've finally created a near ultimate HOTAS with the X52.Clearly if you don't like twist rudders on the stick (as the real Comanche has) then you need to buy some pedals (everyone raves about CH's). But the throttle alone on this Saitek is worth the price. X-Plane and Longbow Anthology (when it works, which is rarely...might have to partition Win '95 spot for it) love this system. Every trim control and slider is recognized in X-Plane. In Longbow 1/2 I have most of the flight and cockpit commands in just one main mode and its pinkie mode. I'll save another mode and its pinkie equivolent for campaign comm stuff. That still leaves two more modes on this thing. Amazing. It's a bit of a headache programming it, but not from the standpoint of design. There's so much you can do with it that it's easy to get overwhelmed with where to put what command. Then you realize you could put such and such on a pinkie shift mode and move it over to the next button, yadda yadda yadda. It'll take hours unless you sit down and plan out your programming strategy ahead of time. But it pays off. Oh, and the mouse stick on the throttle works fine. I'm using it right now to surf the net since my Viewsonic optical was DOA (with no warranty, instructions, 800-number...unbelievable). I don't want to take my hands off the controls to retract flaps and gear after just taking off in an F-4...it's the easiest moment to stall. My first gripe is that the twist rudder is a little weak on the spring to the right, but I set a significant deadspot in the control panel configuration to prevent me from accidentally yawing when I don't want to. Also, I haven't managed to get the toggles or the fire button to recognize pinkie shifts. For instance, I wanted engine offs and weapons jetison to be toggles+pinkie, with the fire+pinkie as master arm. It doesn't work with that, in Longbow Anthology, at least. But I need the keyboard nearby for a variety of other commands anyway, so it's not a big deal. I leave master arm on, I just wanted the neat effect of switching to it on the fly. There's nothing quite like having laser designator on a stick button to trigger one or two seconds before a hellfire impact, though. The lower hat on the stick does tend to get flipped occasionaly, but I put all my target next/previous/best/close on it. That makes it less of an issue. The stick is adjustable to your handsize (my first adjustment that seemed perfect actually was too cramped) and it feels well built. I completely discount any complaints that the stick is too easy to tip over or has too much range of motion. If you're not strapping, taping, tying or otherwise attaching them to something, then you're an idiot. You should do that with any HOTAS. Even with my old Playstation I had the Flight Force Pro throttle and stick tied to the flat arms of a wooden deck chair with wrapping present ribbon/string. Couch throw pillows, queen size pillow, and standard pillow made great cushions. You can get a whole flight seat set up with just stuff around the house or from the local department store. Friends would freak out seeing me with Gunship 2000, Ace Combat 2, Colony Wars, and Star Fighter with that setup. Like I said, if you don't do twist rudders, buy pedals. If you don't like the stick, buy a CH one. The throttle is probably the best out there. I like the Saitek how it is and for the price you're getting stick and rudder for free when the only thing left on the market anymore that can compete with this is CH at $100 per item. I'm thrilled with my purchase.Saitek has very few useful profiles, and it is not easy to make good ones. Go to Simhq and look for any of my posts. I have a link at the bottom of my signature that will take you to a zip of profiles. Amazon apparently doesn't allow for URL's to be listed.

5an excellent folow up to the X-45
By LW Icarus
I probably spend more time than I should with flight sims, mainly IL2-sturmovik but also FS2004 and lomac, and have worked my way through a few sticks. before I purchased the X-52 I used an X-45 for near a year. I was happy with it and it still worked perfectly, but when saitek released the'52 I knew I wanted one. I have used it about 2 weeks now, and man is it sweet. the action on all the axis' is silky smooth, and accurate. I believe the "non contact" technology they are advertising has alot to do with this. All the buttons are laid out in an intuitive manner, and there are more control options than the X-45 has. the blue LEDs are spiffy, and they thought to allow a way to dim or extinguish them if you so desire The multi function display is nice to have, but essentialy just eye candy unless you need to know what time it is or what profile you are running. overall it has a quality feel and look the X-45 was maybe lacking a bit.the hand rest on the stick is adjustable for height, which is also a nice touch. its large enough to accomodate large hands, mine arent exactly tiny and I moved the rest up a notch to be comfortable I also liked the "two stage" trigger as now a slight pull is guns, and pull it fully and its guns+cannons.its the little things that mean so much. anyway, it comes highly recommended by me, and at least 6 of the people I fly with also have and love their X-52's. you can't go wrong if you are looking for an advanced flightstick/throttle at a fair price.

4A nice beginners kit
By TJ
This comes with everything you need material wise to get started with aromatherapy. The only real disappointment was that there really isn't much in line of reading/reference material (just a piece of paper with not much info). A beginners guide would really open the doors for those wanting to really get the most from this kit. I would suggest getting a begginers book or DVD as well. I purchased a DVD before the kit (Aromatherapy with Valerie Ann Worwood) and I really feel that it was the way to go. This really is a nice beginners kit, and had it arrived with a substantial guide on certain aroma blends, and a reference for blending it would received 5 stars. Definitely buy this if you're interested in aromatherapy, but also consider a DVD and or reference book. You'll get the most out of your experience.

5Perfect for Beginners!
By E. M. Yuhas
I am just getting started in Aromatherapy and this is a great starter kit! The only thing I don't love about the product is the lack of literature. The kit comes with some photocopied information, but not much more. But, I also purchased some other books for information. But, as far as the oils and other pieces of the kit go, I love it!

5Your search is over
By Alexa
I bought my Tisserand Aroma Stream Diffuser probably about 9 years ago and it still works great. When I bought it, aromatheraphy was just starting to take off in the US and I went through a whole bunch of different warmers but I wanted something that I could safely leave on at home while I was at work. I paid $70 for it back then and another $10 for a replacement cartridge.. a big investment for something that I didn't even know was going to work. IT DID thankfully and I've been very happy with it since. The only draw back to it is that you can't really change oils/fragrances without either mixing them on the cartridge or getting a separate cartridge for each scent. For me this is fine because I always use Lavender in the house so one cartridge with 1 scent is fine.
