Few Small Issues, but Overall I LOVE This Clipper Set!

I bought one of these 2 or 3 years ago, & Ive never had any major issues with it. I use this on my horses & goats, so its used to trim hair around injuries on both species, clip bridle paths, whiskers, sometimes ears, & fetlocks on my horses, & on the goats I trim tail heads, the rest of the areas around the back end, & udders on my goats during breeding & kidding season. Oh yeah & clipping the area on the head around the horn buds on kids before they get disbudded.I know I do not exactly put this clipper through a bunch of abuse, but ive only had to get a new blade once after taking off some extra winter coat on one of my horses, & the blade couldnt handle it. It doesnt help that I didnt snap to use the faster setting either so the blade had to work harder. Both speeds seem to work well if you know which to use on what, but personally I always prefer the faster one simply because its obviously, well, quicker & just seems a bit smoother. This isnt the quietest clipper ever, but for the most part my animals do not seem to mind. I think that a lot of it is just getting them used to the sound & showing them its not a bad thing or scary monster thats going to eat them.When the blade doesnt need to be changed there is always a nice even trim all along the areas that have been shaved, & though I didnt find out till recently that your supposed to check to see whether the blade has gotten heated or not (fail, I know)Ive never noticed the blade getting hot when ive touched it while in use, & its never irritated the skin on any of my animals. More for cleaning during trims I did purchase a can of WAHL Blade Ice so every so often, while Im trimming, I will spray both sides of the blade pretty evenly & wipe off both sides on my jeans & it seems to work very well. I also oil the blade before & after each use.The long cord comes in handy especially when Im working with a short extension cord, but it can kind of get annoying to pack up afterward because the storage box is fairly small, & im not the best at folding & tying cords. My only other issue is that your supposed to attach the blade while the motor is on, & I can find that a bit difficult. No other issues to date :).Overall im VERY happy with my WAHL KM 2 Speed, would definitely buy another one, & I also highly recommend getting one.

Outback Country Lodge is a Good Value

We are happy with the Outback Country Lodge! It was the best value we could find. It's up off the ground, cozy, all wood, attractive and good size. Assembly was easy as well. Give your dog time to get used to the house, our dog needed a cozy towel and a cold wind before she really curled up inside. I would recommend a clear coat of weatherproofing sealant before the rainy season though. We can vouch, it was just as described!

Nice & Easy

Took all of 15 minutes for myself and daughter to put this dog house together. Nice and spacious. Product looks exactly like online photo if not better. Smell was not horribly strong and didn't notice it after the 1st day, just smelled like fresh wood. Need to keep your dog out of the rain, love the ideas of the elevated house with the legs.

Country Lodge is a bit flimsy

Going by the name, Outback Country Lodge, and the look of it from the online pictures, you get the impression it's going to be a sturdy dog house. However, once you get it out of the box, it's kind of flimsy. I went ahead and put mine together, and I'm hoping for the best. I got the small one, and was able to pick up and move the dog house all by myself, with no trouble at all. I'm using it outside, so, I'm still hoping it holds up to normal weather conditions.

Tank is awesome...hood not so much!

I purchased this combo directly through PetCo. The tank looks awesome set up and is very sturdy and easy to clean. The hood for it however is not well made and the light bulb slips out easily when light is picked up to feed or clean the tank. I have an Oscar that regularly hits the top of the tank and hood and knocks it so the light bulb itself slides out and goes off. The screws don't tighten enough to hold the bulb in and the bulb itself doesn't lock in place like most fluorescent tank bulbs. I ended up getting a separate light strip to use and that works well.

A 3-star so far, because I haven't set this up yet, but out of the box it looks absolutely beautiful. It arrived on time, in perfect looking condition,(I hope there's no leak). The acryllic was clean and the blue cobalt , gives it a built-in background of color. I'll update later. Updating...to five stars. I finished setting up my aquarium today. My tank looks absolutely fabulous. The tank is sound (thank God), no leaks,and no scratches. I love the clean rounded edges, and the blue cobalt background enhances the accessories I put in.The filter, heater, and air hose all have pre cut sections which makes placements so much more organized and easier.An all-around well designed, and built tank. I'm going to enjoy this one.

Acrylic Tanks are great!

50 gallon acrylic tank was delivered quickly, and very well packed with cushioning. The light fixture only contains one fluorescent bulb, which is just barely enough light to show plants and fish. If I hadn't positioned aquarium near window, the plants would not have gown well. I recommend either adding another bulb, or replacing the fixture with something that puts out more light.

It's real tall, 20 inches, I thought it was going to be 18. The front and sides are all 1 piece, with slightly rounded corners and the back corners are welded to the back piece so it has square back corners. This design make for one continuous view like some of their bowed front tanks but with a more convenient shape. It's frameless so the have a top piece welded to support the piece from bowing or separating as it ages. The free "light" is junk. I tossed mine in the garbage. They should save some costs and skip it. It's 10-20 cents worth a plastic and a $10 (full retail) expand-a-light fixture held in by to cheap plastic grommets. It's just barely 36" inches so a 36" Odyssea light (on 3 separate timers) mounts real low since it fit a bit (1/4") longer and the light will slip off the support brackets in the upper position. I'd suggest you consider a 30" light (24" will not properly light it if you expect to use plants) if you can find one or just get their longer 4 foot tank. It has 4 cut outs in the top. 2 for lighting and two for filters etc. But I'm using Fluval underwater units (one in "plant" mode near the heater and one in Venturi mode at the other end) since it's in a room where conversations occur. I'll post some picture later on. It's just finished cycling and I'm still installing more plants. It arrives with a protect piece of paper on the bottom which easily peels off. Remember to remove it before filling the tank. Needs furniture that can support 500 pounds by the time you add substrate material and water even though the tank itself is VERY light. They used 1/4" thick acrylic for all sides. The tank has sturdy "feel" to it when handled. I used 3 different rock sizes to create a more natural environment. The baby Platy fish love to hide in between some of the medium "pea" sided rocks placed over the smaller plant friendly substrate material.
