Outstanding speakers worth over 3x the price

I spent a lot of time researching speakers to match with my miniwatt N3 tube amp for my 300 sq ft listening room. Fluance shipped the speakers to my choice of my USA or Canada address, which is a real plus as moving these big speakers in my little coupe would have been a challenge. I wired the speakers using 10 feet of 14 gauge wire and radio shack gold banana clips. The speakers are positioned on the 15 foot wide wall, tight to the corner for aesthetics and tilted inward at a 30 degree angle off the longer walls. I have the miniwatt wired with RCA's to a simple DVD player, playing normal (non SACD) CDs and the sound is amazing. I've begin experimenting by comparing various players (MAC Book Pro, iPhone 4, I Pod Shuffle) with files ranging from flac, to WAV, AAC, MP3 at various bit sizes - and more. I also visited a friend with the same speakers matched to a pioneer 150 watt amp. I love the tube amp sound as the dynamic range and flat frequency response from these speakers really comes through, however, even his pioneer sets up quite an impressive sound stage in a corporate office no less!I will continue playing, might get a better DAC, either by hacking an iphone with some nice caps, or possibly buying a $200 - $500 USB DAC.So, these speakers? Worth every penny. Wonderful listening experience. Far better than speakers I have tried out in the poor mans audiophile price range of $200 - $1,500.As for sound volume. I can dime the amp and there is no distortion through these speakers.As for impedance, I have run the speakers 2 wire and 4 ohm and at 6ohm. The 4 ohm presents a far richer, earthy, warmer less fragile, less brittle sound. But still quite alive.UPDATE: I've downloaded Bongiovi's audio processing and lost components of sound from the FLAC, WAV, and even MP3 files are restored. AMAZING SPEAKERS!!Enjoy

I have Infinity's, carvers, Klipsch, and these sound as good or BETTER. I was stunned, when I played them. They create a ton of bass in the room to go along with a sub woofer, but I have to hand it to FLUANCE GOOD JOB!Fluance High Fidelity Three way Floor standing Loudspeakers Natural Beech Wood great highs and lows! I'M AMAZED!

The speakers work great. Icouldn't use them initially because they didn't come with banana plug connectors for the speaker wires. Once I bought the connectors and hooked up the wires to my receiver, the sounds were tremendous.
