Great Tile Protection

This is great tile sealer. I highly suggest just using a brush rather than a sponge. The sponge will be faster, but you won't be able to put a nice thick coat as you would with a brush. Also, you'd have to go one section at a time, so if you've got a lot of floor, this could take a few days. However, when it's done and complete, you can literally see a drop of water bead up on the tile.

I bought this product and use it on my blue stone and full range flag stone a month ago, the result turn out very good. It is a little bit expensive, but it is well worth it. It was not too difficult to apply, I used two coats on my stone, on the first coat, the stone absorbed well deep into the stone, then the second coat 30 minutes after that would take less sealer than the first coat. It was paid-off after the first rain that we have, the water ran off from the walkway (depend on your slope) and standing water on the surface could not penetrated into the stone. It was like water standing on the glass surface. My wife have tested this product along with many other competitor on our spare stone, and this is the best that we selected. After apply different sealer on the same kind of stone, she tried to stain them with many different kind of stains, including oil. Many sealers do what it suppose to do, but "BulletProof" stand-out from its peers. The best feature of this product that we really like, is it did not change the look of the stone, and it did not make the stone shiny.Again, like any sealer manufacture recommend, always test them on your left-over stone before apply them to your walkway and follow the instruction.

just finished a bathroom remodel and used this sealer. water beads up and rolls off the marble. works great.other sealers need to be reapplied annually, this one you can go five years between each application. i've set an alarm in my calendar to alert me after 4.5 years to apply another coat.
