Beautifull Knife Set

Gave this as a gift for my aunt this Christmas and she loved it. Wusthof is a solid brand and this is a great set. This set is great for any cook, not just those who make a lot of sushi or other asian cooking. The 5 inch knife is a great size knife for cooks who dislike giant chef's knives and the smaller knife is perfect for more delicate knife work. The knives are hallow edged, that simply means that the curves above the edge of the blade cause food to fall away rather than stick to the knife. Plus, the bamboo presentation box looks great as is or with a simple bow for gift giving!

i love my knives, i polish them when i can and i know their gonna last me a long time. its a great buy. its strange that their so light and small, but it does the job. they prob wouldnt be knives for any heavy cutting but for beggies and simple meat dishes its great!
