It is true that the package does not contain any nutrition facts, but it really doesn't bother me. The shipping came very quickly and the nuts are very fresh. They taste good when they are raw; they taste awesome when they are roasted. It is very easy to roast the nuts too.Step 1. Preheat your oven to 240 - 250 F.Step 2. Soak the nuts into salt water for 30 seconds and then pull them out.Step 3. Place them into a cookie sheet and roast for 28-35 minutes. You have to stir them for every 6-8 minutes to ensure that they are roasted evenly. Do not stack your nuts for more than 1 layer. Make sure that you keep an eye on them, since they are easily over-roasted.Step 4. Put them into a cool place to stop the roasting process. The nuts will become more chunky when they are completely cool.Enjoy!

We fell in love with Macadamia while traveling in South Africa where they were much more affordable. When we got back we got back to the US we still wanted them to be part of our diet as they are soooo healthy. In looking at prices, we did not think we could afford them. We saw this offer and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. We have to agree with what is said to date. They are fresh and delicious and if you freeze some of them, they stay fresh for a good long time. We liked them so much we have ordered some more and know we won't be disappointed. If you like macadamia nuts, don't pass this deal up as you won't find a better deal for such good quality nuts. They even give you the flexibility of having them prepared any way you would like.

Absolutely wonderful macadamia nuts. Very efficient in how it was mailed too...nice and quick and just wonderful! Highly recommend this seller. I will order these again!
