U-Fn is the pure, potent dried juice of brown seaweed Laminaria japonica, which contains 35% U-fucoidan by volume, the only form of fucoidan that offers maximum healing properties. Items works good, the seller not good.

The product works great. This is my 2nd order. I ordered 1 bottle the first time and find out that it works great so I ordered 4 bottles the second time however I only received 2 bottles instead of 4 and the seller keeps telling me that he send 2 orders with 2 bottles each. Since the bottles are pretty small, it made no sense why the seller would send the order in 2 orders with 2 bottles each rather than 1 order with 4 bottles however the sellers refuses to replace the 2 missing bottles or issue a refund.

First, Maxwell Health Products is very receptive about their customer service and the quality of their product. I would like to see other companies follow the philosophy of MHP. There are the young, old, sick, and healthy that find Fucoidan to be a cure for their various ailments, and this company realizes the gravity of the situation. I had a misunderstanding about their expiration date labeling process. My elderly parents thought that "8/13" printed on the bottle meant August 13 instead of August 2013 and reported back to me that the product was expired. But come to find out, the expiration date was indeed "August 2013!" Granted, a minor reading error, but the expiration date should be printed more clearly especially for the elderlies. As mentioned earlier, Fucoidan is not only for the young but also for the elderlies as well. I explained this point to MHP, and they will be forwarding this denotation error to the manufacturer ASAP. I will continue to order U-FN U-Fucoidan via MHP because of their receptiveness and excellent customer service!
