Contains Nolvasan disinfectant and wound cleanser for the cleansing and treatment of wounds and preparation for surgical procedures. Non-irritating. Directions: Rinse the area to be cleansed with clean water. Apply 1 to 5 mL of Nolvasan Surgical Scrub to the area and wash with a sponge or brush for 2 to 4 minutes. It may be necessary to apply additional water to obtain adequate sudsing. Wipe away excess foam with sterile sponge.

Has your dog ever rolled itself in a nasty-smelling dead frog?

Well, it's more common than you'd think... no different than him coming home after being sprayed by a skunk! Anyway, I had been given a small sample of Nolvasan Scrub by our vet for use in cleaning up the yucky smell of anal gland oil residual that is sometimes left on the dog's fur. Yuck, as well. The scrub worked great for that, and let me tell you.... the smell of the FROG STINK WAS COMPLETELY SOLVED WITH THIS SCRUB. No need for a bath in tomato juice... sometimes a dog bath just isn't manageable at a moment's notice. The scrub (with the addition of slipping the dog a small Greenie for his dead-frog-breath) solved our stinky problem almost immediately!

This is a great product of any type of skin issue in animals. I add it to my regular shampoo for both horses and dogs and it covers myriad dermatological issues
