Great set.

Figures are actually made to a perfect scale size from Daiku to Gaiking and the rest. It is NOT a figure to play with, it is a collector's item and quite frankly one of the best to be sold as a whole. I own most of ALL gaining versions from the 70's up until the latest GX-27 (which is undoubtedly the best one yet). Disregard negative comments. If you are a fan and a true collector, this is a must own.

This is a great piece of soul of chogokin. It's got a lot of metal and a lot of play and a lot of detail. If your a fan you must get.

I was surprised by what I got with this package. I was expecting a six-inch Gaiking with a BIG Daiku, but what you get is a tiny Gaiking and a NOT AS BIG Daiku. Gaiking has great accessories: two sets of limbs and three heads! Wonderful! But he's a fiddly piece of crap. He falls apart if you want to play with him, thanks to his ineffectual magnetized limb attachment system. The pegs are too stubby and their ports too shallow to allow a connection of any real strength. If you buy this to play with, expect to leave Gaiking aside and focus on Daiku, who is stunning. His entire midsection is metal and gives a wonderful heft, and the limb joints make a delightful ratcheting sound. The feet can be swapped for giant drills, and both have deep, comparatively substantial pegs and posts. Get this for a lovingly rendered Daiku Maryu; look elsewhere for a decent Gaiking.
