The WARN 3" x 30' premium recovery strap is designed to "snatch" or pull out a stuck vehicle. This recovery strap features nylon webbing that absorbs the shock of heavy pulls, while elastic rebound energy aids in quick recovery. Constructed from tough, high quality nylon web encasing and consists of a red warning marker to indicate damaged webbing. Rated to 21,600lbs and features a 18" nylon sliding sleeve to help prevent excessive wear caused by exposure to sharp objects and the end loops are reinforced with abrasion-resistant wear pads. Note: You should never use a recovery strap in a winching operation. For winching operations use a tree trunk protector strap or chocker chain.

pulled out every stuck truck at pismo

Used this to pull out 10+ vehicles so far. I just hook it up to my tow hitch and use a u-bolt on the other end. Get a small running start and the cable stretches and yanks the stuck vehicle out. It also doubles as a jump rope and hangman's noose.

Nice, high quality product. The most impressive thing is that it is VERY easy to undo despite high loads that might normally cinch the loop too tight on itself. I have never had a problem getting it apart. They've designed this thing right.
