Wear them soaking wet for a couple of days
By GoodInfo123
A friend asked me to recommend a pair of hiking/camping boots. These are the one and only pair boots I owned in the USMC Infantry, GI boots will ruin your feet, I threw them away right after boot camp! Re-soled them many times, never gave me blisters. The tongue will sink if you don't "break" them in, completely soaking them and wearing them until they dry changing socks regularly for 1-2 days to 'shrink' to fit. Don't take them off until they are "completely dry", then kiwi them regularly, soft/supple. If you are really serious, upgrade them by re-sole-ing them with the most flexible soles you can find, your feet will thank you after 30 miles everyday weeks on end ;-)

Good not perfect
By cabinetfixtures
I own a pair of these boots I bought at a army navy outlet. They have their good points being made in America and they are overall well made. One complain it the tounge of the boot is of a flimsy leather and falls down in the boot and that is kinda spotty I always have to fix it by pulling on the tounge. Other than that they are ok I like the soles the lug pattern is the best for hiking and I like to look. The aforementioned problem is my only reason I'm giving this boot a 4 star

Dear Corcoran...
By Napoleon Dynamite
This isn't a review but just a message on the off chance that anyone representing Corcoran reads it. I live in the UK and it is virtually impossible to get these boots online in Europe. The ones I've finally managed to find cost an absolute fortune (£185) which I'm still going to pay as I may not get another chance to buy any -since these ones will no doubt quickly sell out. There must be a huge potential market in the UK and Europe just from armed forces personel alone, such is the reputation of Corcoran over here. So for what it's worth, please for the love of god try and make Corcoran boots available on Amazon to the European market -I beg you!Regards, Liam.
