What a great idea!!!

My 3 year old son LOVES this Superman cape! Not only does he get to pretend to be Superman, but he gets to make the sounds, too! You can put it on a setting where it will make the sounds automatically when you move...so he will be fighting the bad guys and the cape will be making the sound effects for him. It makes play time seem even more real. I have a hard time getting him to take off the cape, so he usually wears it when we are out and about...and he gets a lot of positive comments on it. The little boys he runs into usually want to wear it. Another plus, as a mom, is that the cape comes off of the harder plastic part (the part that makes noise) so if you need to wash it you can! I HIGHLY recommend this toy!

One day I was adding some things to my son's wish list for him and noticed out of the corner of my eye someone's "listmania" geared towards Superhero toys. Well, my four year old IS Superman (this week ;) and I just thought this looked fantastic. He was about to have surgery and his Nana was asking what she could get him as a get well gift so I sugested this cape. My son all but forgot we were going to the hospital the morning of his surgery because I gave him this gift and he just went nuts over it. He thought it was THE coolest cape he's every seen "in his whole life" (yes, he's 4). To say it was a big hit was an understatement. My little guy put it on and started flying all over the house. The flying sounds it makes are incredible. It has two different modes, one where the sounds stay on or the 2nd mode where you press the button each time you want to make the sound go off and my little guy figured out how to work it before I did. This item is very well made, very durable and just so much fun I wish they made one for all the other caped crusaders because my guy likes to be a different superhero each week. His Nana also gave him the "superman punching gloves with the steel bar" to go with this cape (which are also amazing!) and he wore the whole thing to the hospital and showed all the nurses and doctors how strong he was and how he could fly. Suffice to say they were extremely impressed with all his superhero powers and he hasn't stopped wearing it since.If you have a little Superhero in training this is a MUST HAVE. Don't hesitate, this is a fantastic gift that any little superhero fan would love, girl or boy!!

Love it!

This is great for the little ones who love to dress up. My son goes from pirates to doctors and now to superman and this was a great bonus. It is easy enough for him to put on and I don't mind him wearing it out in public :) The sounds are another great effect for this cape. So far it it is handling up great to my 4 year old.
