Great Rocker!

I am really pleased with this rocker. The quality (in terms of the overall construction, the fabric, and the wood) as well as the design are top-notch. I like that it is low to the ground - I don't have to worry about my little guy falling off. There are a lot of poorly made rockers out there and I am glad that this isn't one of them! I would purchase this rocker again in a heartbeat.

Great toy for 7 month old

I got this for my 7 month old for Christmas and it has been such a hit! He is now 9 months old and still loves it. As other reviewers have said, it is very low to the ground, so I am docking a star because it probably won't have much longevity as a toy. However, for the last two months, this is an adorable toy that has provided us with a lot of amusement.** UPDATE **My baby is now 1 year old, and doesn't use this rocker very much anymore. He only recently started walking and is now able to scoot himself onto the caterpillar's back himself. Once he's on the caterpillar, he'll rock himself for a minute or two before moving on to the next thing. Sometimes he'll crawl over it. We do this a few times a day. It's all very adorable, but at 32" tall and 24lb, he's a bit big for it, and isn't able to get a good rock going. He's much more interested in his riding and push toys, so I think this caterpillar, though much loved for a few months, will shortly be heading to storage.

I bought this toy for my granddaughter's first birthday. She absolutely loves it. Since it is not very tall, she can easily climb onto it any time that she wants to rock, and doesn't have to wait for an adult to help her.
