If you break stuff you need this!
By Daniel T. Caswell
I was turned on to this putty by a machine shop that did some work for me. I used it to build up an exhaust manifold and repair a Harley clutch hub. I even filled in a stripped hole, drilled it out and rethreaded it. All repairs are holding up like the day I did them. Mixing is easy and application is smooth. The texture is like toothpaste which makes it easy to push into small areas. Once hardened it's easy to machine. I've drilled it, milled it and cut it on the lathe without any problems. It's expensive but it has saved me 10 times it's cost already and I still have a bunch left.

Still Good after all these years
By DIY everything
I had to "correct" and intake port on a 1-cylinder flat head engine. I had a can of Devcon titanium putty that was unopened but 15 years old. Amazingly it was still good (a little thicker though) and worked great. Make sure you tamp it down to get rid of hidden air bubbles. Note there are 2 jars in the kit, putty and hardener. It has a weird mixing ratio, but you don't have to be real exact.Expensive stuff, but as long as you screw the lid on tight, it should be usable for many years.
