Precision "doghouse"

We ordered this product for our 30 pound Beagle. It arrived in short order and really looked great. After a rainstorm, the roof warped in one corner so we took a photo and contacted the manufacturer via the toll free number and e-mailed a picture of the problem. Within a short period of time we received a new roof. We were most impressed with their rapid service and "no questions asked" attitude. It has sinced been rained on several times and is doing great after about six months. We used a carpet remnant to line the floor and the dog actually uses it. We are very pleased with this product.

The Precision Pet Log Cabin was well packed and very easy to put together. It was lighter than I expected, but still sturdy enough that I did not worry about how long it would last. Highly recommended.
